Clark County Primary Election Ballots & Candidate Eligibility Notice

The upcoming Primary Election will be held on TUESDAY, MARCH 17, 2026. Below are important notices, the official ballots and a Referendum as provided by the Clark County Clerk‘s office.

Important Notice Regarding Amended Candidates (Republican Ballot)

In a statement released February 4, 2026, County Clerk Laura Lee said the Republican ballot for the March 17, 2026 General Primary includes two candidates who were removed after ballots were sent to print.

In the Governor and Lieutenant Governor race, the names of Joseph Severino and Rantch Isquith will appear on the ballot.

An objection was filed against the candidates, and a court subsequently ruled that they must be removed from the ballot. As a result, any votes cast for these individuals will not be counted.

The court ruling came after the county’s deadline for sending ballots to the printer.
