Martinsville Agricultural Fair is bringing back the Great Midwest Talent Show on Monday, May 25 at 7pm. Entries are needed. Deadline to sign up is May 11.
Local Martinsville-native singing trio called Trouble & Company are hosting a talent show at the Martinsville Ag Fair in May 2026.
Chris Perry, Laif Burns, Joe Nave and Josh Hammond were winners of the Great Midwest Talent Search at the Martinsville Agricultural Fair in 1999.
All four graduated from Martinsville High School and went to Lincoln Trail College. They went on to the Illinois State Fair and took 4th place.
There will be two divisions: Jr Division (14 & Under) and Sr. Division (15-21).
Top three places in each division will to trophies and cash awards as follows 1st place- $50, 2nd place- $25, 3rd place, $10.
The first place winners of both divisions will advance to The Illinois Association of Agricultural Fairs State Talent contest to be held in January 2027.
