WEST UNION, IL – The Marshall Area Chamber of Commerce is proud to invite the community to celebrate the Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for West Union Cafe on Thursday, July 23, at 10:00 a.m. at 111 S. State Hwy. 1, West Union, Illinois.
After a devastating fire forced the beloved local restaurant to close its doors last year, West Union Cafe has spent months rebuilding with determination, resilience, and the unwavering support of the community. Now, the wait is over, and the cafe is ready to welcome customers back to a beautiful new space.
“This grand opening is more than just the reopening of a restaurant—it’s the celebration of perseverance, hope, and the incredible strength of a small-town community,” said the Marshall Area Chamber of Commerce. “We are thrilled to see West Union Cafe back, better than ever, and we invite everyone to join us as we celebrate this exciting new chapter.”
