Sarah Bush Lincoln will provide sports physicals to athletes from Casey-Westfield schools.
Sports physical clinics will be held from 2 to 5:30 pm on Wednesday, June 24, and 1 to 4:30 pm on Tuesday, August 4 at the SBL Casey Clinic, 934 North Route 49, Casey.
“We’re proud to offer these sports physicals as a way to give back to our local schools and support student-athletes,” SBL Vice President of Practice Management Brooke Zerrusen said. “By donating the fee to the schools’ athletic booster clubs, we’re helping strengthen programs that mean so much to our communities.”
The cost is $20 per physical with all fees being donated to the Casey-Westfield Sports Booster Club. Appointments are required and can be made by calling 217-932-4061. These physicals do not meet the kindergarten, sixth or ninth grade physical requirement.
